They plan to release audits for the first time in years and become current.

File a S1 registration to uplist the company.

They are to get a 20 million dollar payment from Graffiti entertainment (sister company that split off from them and plans to list on the Frankfurt as a IPO)

Also they get 10% of all games sales that Graffiti sells.

May 17th four Reader rabbit kids games are coming out for the Wii. To follow on the Ipad and Ds.

Have games in walmatrs, miejers, targets, and many many online stores. Real company with games in stores.
