Here is another company's amendment for others to look at:

Previous Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 2,000,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 Par Value Shares: 100,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 2,100,000.00

New Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 5,000,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 Par Value Shares: 100,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 5,100,000.00

Isn't that more clear?

Only 1 of the par value numbers changed .... I can tell what happened here, but in the case of CIST ... I have no clue, one number is 1% of the original while the other is 25 times larger the other. I am not talking about the "Total Authorized Capital" amount, that is not relevant for now.

Here it is again for those that don't understand.

Previous Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 2,000,000,000 Value: $ 0.00001 Par Value Shares: 20,000,000 Value: $ 0.00001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 20,200.00

New Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 20,000,000 Value: $ 0.0001 Par Value Shares: 500,000,000 Value: $ 0.0001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 52,000.00

20,000,000 is 1% of 2,000,000,000
500,000,000 is 25 times 20,000,000
