EDIT: dany, you should change brokers then. Ive been with etrade over 10 years. Im quite happy with them. And they not only can sell my shares that I have, they can sell the extra 1 million I am getting from the forward split as well. But they said it will act as a naked long sell, and I wont have access to the money from the sell until the new share structure shares are received.
I would change brokers if I were you.

Same thing, I was just told that we can sell our shares, but it will act like a naked long sell, since I am seeing the OLD shares in my etrade account, as the new ones have not arrived yet. But the shares can be sold by calling your broker. Thats what etrade told me this morning. Course I missed selling when the stock hit .01 LOL.
Actually, Im not sure at all why the stock is moving this morning, on VERY VERY LOW VOLUME, but Im guessing that there WAS some naked short sellers of some kind... To make the stock run up 1100% like that... not sure what else it could be.
Oh well, holding my shares, not going to sell by phone trade, or trade those shares at all anyways.
