Can not find anything negative about Mt. Thompson. During his tenure as a director & officer of Royalite the stock was quite volatile. Lots of profit & sell opportunities. That,s business. Looks like he may have seen the writing on the wall and got out in time, since RYPE is now pretty much dead in the water. The stock price plummeted within 6 months of his disengagement.

With years of experience at the Bank of Montreal, he should be somewhat framiliar with the mining business, and probably has some good historical contacts to draw on.

Can only wish him the best with this start up. Gotta give credit for trying anyway.

I'll stick with him/this stock, for a while & see what happens.
