Motorola ordered only 50k phones from WGAT. Committing to 250K is huge. I believe Franc Telecom is a type O and was purposely done to see how we would react to field trials with an unknown company. In North America and in the EU for that matter, the government would not allow a company to call themselves Motorolo.
