Stay on topic. I was mainly talking about IWS in florida "the original" disappearing from the new official IWS site. It was on old site and now gone. The one in Florida had over 500 million shares and Colorado had 1 Million. When RCC announced it acquired IWS it was the Florida company and Gene was added as officer/director. Then Gene registered it with a different name in CO. but not other officers were named so can't tell how Claude fit in there if at all. Then Claude renamed FL company and it does not match CO name. And later removed Gene's name. That was the main inconsistency I was referring to. No one here has been able to post a resolution to that, but only expressed opinions that all is well because Gene mentions IWS in website posting speaking of potential new business. It would help if Gene would post if Claude is really gone and how the two companies now relate to RCC.
This discussion is based on facts of how Claude and Gene registered IWS with different names etc. Can anyone point to any other official info that resolves that there are two IWS companies. And Claude's no longer mentions Gene.
Hopefully it is as simple and Claude got RCCH shares for IWS originally and was still President of IWS and now do to whatever reason he walked still has the shares and is moving on to other job. BUT him removing Gene from FL IWS instead of Gene removing Claude is very strange if indeed RCCH bought IWS and at that time IWS was the FL based company. Does ignoring all this and assuming IWS is completely RCC make sense? Does not to me. I would like to know.
I sent an email to the legal folks asking but as expected they did not respond. (Not you fun) but some of you will no doubt say RCC does not have to tell us anything they are not reporting. Gene says he intends to report but so far is dragging his feet. For me this is one of the most important issues there is. There could be a legal battle over IWS technology rights. What raises the red flag on that is Claude removing Gene's name from IWS Water Solutions Co. in FL. That really bothers me. That looks like a argument brewing that needs resolved. Wouldn't you agree funmaxus?
