So in not too many days from now, if one holds 100,000 STDF shares, a signficant reverse split (i.e., 1 new share in exchange for 1,000 current shares) will slash those 100,000 shares into 1,000 shares? Am I reading the press release and doing the math correctly? If so, that's a 99.9% reduction in one's share count! An R/S of that magnitude usually results in huge net value losses. WHY, then, did this stock pull an approximate ten-bagger PPS with a 1 share for 1,000 share R/S on the immediate horizon???
