Mr. Canouse: I don't have PM ability so I will answer in the open forum here.

I look for stocks that don’t have lying, scaming, fraudster, scumbags as CEO. So unfortunately, I will be selling if (as stupid as it would be) the court finds you truly are the CEO on May 26th. But that is moot because it looks like I will be exchanging my shares in a stock exchange this week. You wouldn’t be trying to convert your fraudulent A’s would you?
