After Wednesday BOINGO could have in just CASH $$$$ appx $140 Million in cold cash, to Expand their own operations with, and to possibley BUY OUT!!! WI-FI companies that they feel have Value for BOINGO going forward. so says their SEC Filings,. not me saying it. BTW BOINGO already has appx $55 Million in cash in their Bank already, the IPO should give them a additional $90 to $100 Million more. appx.

(2) Fact ANS now ICOA AirPort Network, is a Partner with BOINGO, so says BOINGO's own WEB Site not just ICOA's.

(3) ICOA could, I said COULD, offer BOINGO appx 1,000 new WI-FI Locations in already establiched 40-U.S States, PLUS ICOA does in fact own over $30 Million Tax Loss Carryforwards that a Profitable WI-FI Company IF ?? they Buy Out ICOA use to off set any Revnues & Profits with going forward for the possible Buy Out WI-FI Company ( LIKE BOINGO ). Not saying they will but it sure would benifit them. IMO

Bottomline, no one nows one way or the other if BOINGO will help ICOA, but we all could at least put the DOTS together and say, not Impossible either. $$$$ IMO
