Thanks stocksszzq, I often wonder why I feel compelled to warn people about what I see as probable stock scams or fraudster CEOs (especially since I'm not paid to do so and have never traded PK stocks myself).
Unfortunately for me, I have a rather high track record of accuracy in recognizing and warning about stock scams, including officers/insider fraudsters who dilute or dump shares before most other retail shareholder posters release their pre-conceived notions enough to see it, which by then, they've usually already lost the majority of their investment.
This fact keeps me driven to perform due diligence (DD), even though uncompensated, and to look for the risk issues that aren't generally revealed by OTC/PK-traded companies or discussed by posters on their message boards. I also find it intriguing to seek, find and reveal direct connections to parties involved in (alleged or already exposed) stock scams and fraudulent actions, which is not an uncommon occurrence.
When companies are not truly transparent with investors in timely ways, they are at risk to suffer far worse consequences meted by their investors, especially if they release insufficient or inaccurate information, which looks like an attempt to deceive.
