I plan on calling the FDA on Monday. I will tell them about the video that Dean Janes, the penny stock CEO and now the master of science fiction video making, is planning on showing to investors on live TV, which is clearly against FDA rules. I will report back. On second thought why stop at just the FDA, I think that I will call all the other 3 letter agencies like the FBI and the SEC, I am sure they would like to know too!!!
