rbd you answered part of this one yourself
1. Whatever happens to the share repurchase program?

10,381,956 (18%) HSCC shares are either held by insiders, restricted, or have been repurchased on the open market. This number has increased since date of report (11/05/2010) and will continue to increase with share repurchases. 47,156,591 represents the free trading shares. This number has decreased since the date of report (11/05/2010) and will continue to decrease with the Share Repurchase Program.

May 24, 2010) - Homeland Security Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HSCC) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of the Company's Common Stock. The program was initiated in the fall of 2009 and continues in 2010. Open market repurchases will continue based on optimum market conditions.

Looks like in the last couple years they have reduced the float by 10 million shares or about 20%. During that same time the price of HSCC has gone up about 2200%. In August of 2009 HSCC was .0010 today it's .022 and that's the bid. If you go off the ask its up 2700-3000%. Here's the chart it's pretty obvious to see what has happen since then. If you had been in this stock before you would realize what a monumental gain that is. 20% reduction in float is very significant. Name one other company that has done this.

INSIDERS - Not even an SEC form 4 is filed...

Pinksheets don't file form 4's All this is done electronically these days and I don't think there is an option for pinks to do this.

RESTRICTED - how can be restricted shares purchased on the open market becomes restricted?

I think you mean unrestricted become restricted. I suppose it means they aren't planning on selling the shares they bought back.

2. How much was actually shipped? I guess 5.... Updates burned into oblivion? Got shareholders excited for the moment and then what?

I agree wtf is going on with the crane cam, Flare stak system and the Mining cams?

So.. tell me... with the PRs above which I believe are better than OTHER PENNY STOCKS with NOT SO GREAT OS and AS, why the PPS moved DOWNWARD and/or STAYED STAGNANT?

The penny market in general has been a bit slow lately. Lot's of company have put out pr's with millions in revenue figures real or imagined and they don't go up or go down.

Remember CWRN .17 buyout offer and 30-50mil revenue stream. It's at .01. shouldn't it be at .17? lol

The pennys that are going up these days are being promoted by email pumping services. The average cost on any of those services is 25,000- $30,000 for a 2 -28 day coverage. That's so they can dilute millions of shares to bagholders. Do you want HSCC to spend their money that way? The biggest problem is guys like you me and everybody else on these boards already have about as many shares as they are going to buy. This stock needs new eyeballs looking at it. 57mil float 47mil float you own a percent I own a percent keep reducing the float pps keeps going up. Putting stickers out will work given the non diluted float. That is a small part of it. Without solid revenues and profit and financials no Wallstreet type is going to even look at HSCC. After all it's a pink and all pinks are scams right? But get enough coverage and create a loud enough buzz and more people will buy HSCC. I'm pushing ahead while the rest of you can sit here on your lazy azzes and make excuses for why it won't work. The one thing that won't help is to sit here on your lazy azz and do nothing but bitch and complain.

5. Best compression technology in the world...

WHAT MORE WITH THE $100m - $300m SURVEILLANCE CONTRACT that is RUMORED to be in the PIPE could DO in the PPS?

The last two is the most important point you raise. Is it the fault of HSCC management that the price is lower than we want. Would ONYX technology be better served with a different company?

Only time will tell. But the technology will move forward.
