We can't prove anything until the company go current again...let's see what kind of info. EMLL will update & share with the OTC board. If EMLL seek to have current info. again, then it must summit an "Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information" ...which will be signed by an actual attorney...proven' that EMLL is legit....(No stupid lawyers or accountants would risk their reputation to support an illegitimate company...) Hope that answer ur question...But, even if EMLL becomes active and current again...I'm pretty sure ...there will be some criticism...some would argue...Look @ this and that...look @ how long it took for EMLL to update this and that... =)
