How can a company that never did anything noteworthy incur so much debt. They were steadily dispensing shares like chaff out of a B-52. They should have had a surplus of cash. There should be a paper trail that even the most casual investigation could uncover. My impression is that they weren't smart enough to cover their tracks that well.
