You know what I find the most curious about your theory regarding Expo?

You can't post a link to a single OTC company where this same conspiracy happened and that people got caught for it.

If it was so common surely somebody would have slipped up and been caught by now? I mean there must be lots of documented case law where there was all sorts of naked shorting, wash trading, etc etc and all the while the poor upstart company was just a victim. Right?
