They hold 25-50%. A couple thoughts on that
1) Michael said this was NOT public information? Why is he deceiving people trying to get information? He never answered my freinds inquiries on employee #s, etc... the only inquiries he ever answered were ones he was able to say 'no comment' to. Does he think his retailors are naive? he is naive to not realize this info is a couple clicks away? This kid has his neck so deep in it he is ruined...Gerova is a proven scam pretty much, fund.com has NO business model except an investment in a company (which they have lost a chunk of their equity probably due to inability to pay their requirements)
2) In addition they have't filed in ages, they state you cannot trust previous filings, the offices are dead, noone to talk to.
3) Everyone on the inside, these massvie holdings sold out from the top 2 years all the way right into all us suckers hands...
to be conservative you must think they own 30%, half of what it was at their purchase. Right off the bat, their primary source of icome is halved. Weston is doing what? noone hears about thsi either.
This seems like a shell game unravelled. The fund.com website is defunt yet someone paid $10m for the domain? hmmmm the company they bought it from no longer exists as an fyi...
This reeks of illigitmacy. Just dont udnerstand why...this is different from simple fund management model where you can overstate value of the funds. This is a situation whre there were (WERE) legit businessmen with a strategic model, who were also welcomed by the nasdaq...those pinballing galanis friends are zeroes, but we knew that. Now the lhama and webster ahve been dragged into their mud and in my mind are zeroes now as well....
Anyone still holding? Even though it would only be thousands of dalloars now, I mighjt sell them bc i dont ever see this moving anywhere but total bankrutpcy and a zero value...
