Thanks, I had been under the impression that the financials would be released and then the merger would be finalized. Do you think they would release a PR stating that the financials were audited or is it possible that they will go straight into releasing a PR that the company's have merged? I guess I'm asking, will we need to see a PR about the financials being done audited
