SIWS plans to achieve this goal by constructing strategically placed, specially designed, storage, recycling and disposal facilities in various locations throughout Mexico.

These facilities are being designed specifically for the purpose of processing industrial waste, including those materials which are classified as Industrial, toxic, and hazardous.
Mexico has seen a large growth in the manufacturing sector of its economy during the past several years. This growth has been fuelled by the NAFTA treaty along with additional investments from foreign national companies looking to capitalize on the cheap cost of shipping goods to the United States. The growth of new industries has also increased the need for the disposal of industrial waste throughout Mexico, especially in the Baja California region.

The Mexican government has addressed this issue repeatedly over the past several years by passing various environmental mandates.

SIWS has addressed these Mandates by proposing to build the first Industrial Waste Processing Facility of its kind in Baja Mexico
