RLM response to the 8K?

I have seen RLM post here in the past. Has anyone seen or heard from him since the 8k came out? I would like to hear his explanation. This ALL happened under his watch? Maybe he can shed some light onto the subject for all of us. Was he intentionally misleading with the numbers, or, Is the new team optting to recognize revenue in a different manner?

He has freely posted lots of stuff here for us all to enjoy. I would like to hear his View from the bridge on this very serious charge of misleading not only investors but the SEC?
