Aqualogix say they have been in business for 10 years, yet the company was only registered last November with an address in Belfast, all very secretive. I would be very wary of all these people.
If Valcent are laying off everyone in the UK it is probably to re-develop the Texas main original site, the backwater of Cornwall is not exactly an ideal site for a global business.
