I don't think there is any problem w/Identity deal. No matter how it goes, we can expect profits "this year" from the Identity merger. That jump-starts ABEW right now; in the meantime ABEW has multiple other deals in the works that will be disclosed in due time. By the time "next year" comes around, ABEW will be so off and running with multiple deals, even if Identity goes back to its original owner, ABEW will have created multiple avenues of revenue and will have established itself as a profitable company. Of course I still think Identity will remain with ABEW, but since it's not the only company ABEW is going to be working with, the sky is the limit for ABEW w/or w/o Identity next year. All in my opinion. GR
