I'm not sure what they're saying. Obviously we're seeing only partial documentation. Without having access to all of their correspondence, we don't really know what's going on.

I also wonder why Bryant and Duncan thought it was a good idea to put internal Etrade correspondence on Facebook. Doesn't seem to me a smart thing to do, if they want Etrade to be helpful.
