I am still a supporter of Jeff and James, but I am sick of being kept in the dark and I am sick of missed deadlines. There was no good explanation for the delay, and seems it simply gave Joe more opportunities to cause problems.

From the looks of it Jeff and James are fighting a battle against some very evil people, and I want to be with them if/when they come out on top. But I need more than what has been given thus far. What is the point of a share count if control is tied up in the court system? If A's are valid the share count is moot, so the court battle needs to be played out. Right? This wasn't explained and it should have been. I'll send my email with share count, guess it can't hurt.

Maybe I'm just grumpy because I'm studying for my tax law final? Yep, that's probably it. Let's hope we get some good news this week.
