I think that is what they will do if this thing happens. As long as the price is above .002? They are allowed to sell. They do not have to sell all the shares all at once, they would probably sell enough to satisfy demand, but not so many that the PPS doesn't rise. Or the whole thing could be BS and they will unload a fee million a day until they no longer hold shares. If we see a rise in volume over an extended period of time, let's say a week, that would indicate to me something fishy is going on.
