If JC were to try and change to a new transfer agent, I'm sure Computershare would advise the proposed agent accordingly. In addition, I strongly suspect that not only will the present civil court judge be apprised on Monday of what's taken place, the Grand Jury's prosecuting attorney, the FBI, and other applicable law enforcement agencies will be advised as well.
