I would have to agree, There is a respect between Three and Bob that I doubt many can understand, but to put it out on the field of play.
There are things that you hang from the front of a truck call Bull
_____s And for sure Three has those. My only true dislike was the continue pounding of a single aspect of the MMR Global.
I do not think it is the duty of anyone to be a savior of new investors by stating the same over and over and over and over and over..
The facts are out there for anyone who can read. (well not my handwriting) But the facts that I have discovered and confirmed outside of my own little circle is that indeed the finance can be toxic as Three says.. BUT BUT BUT ONLY ONLY if the firms involved do not have a solid business plan and chose to use the finance as some bottomless piggy bank.. That is NOT is what I see in the filings,
I see that for what ever reason, and no I will not speculate.
MMR Global chose the best terms they could get. and with those terms what is it again 6% premium.. They have used less than 10% and that was for the purchase of Equipment that will be sold at a retail price and I would pretty much speculate at a better than a 6% ROI for the company..
But who in there right mind could of foresaw a massive earthquake and
tsunami that would ravage the very nation we get our base product from? No one, but at least we were able to establish that some of the main systems are indeed in route ("they are on the water")
So this is a positive. Now the real question is can our supply chain
be able to adjust to the destruction and continue to produce at a rate that will protect the base line of this firm??
From what understand from listing to our CEO and our CFO they fully expect the sales of the MMR Pro to be a huge turn around for the
needed finance we are facing at the moment. So while we can try to keep score on who wins in some tit for tat day in day out battle.
I for one am pulling for the overall goals for this company First
is a solid consumer base that uses the Medical record side, second
a Solid go ahead from the Bank of America either confirmed by a filing from this company or buried is some BOA Edgar filing.
third the use of the secure products by the legal professional
teams across the nation as they are exposed to the savings that are
just real. And Buried there on the side is the lotto bio tech side
of this play. There was enough belief on them for the past Chief
Science Officer to try to walk away with them in a Hollywood thriller
style. But alas he has landed in court if I understand correct.
So there you go. Have a great weekend.
If you are in hell and get mad at someone, where do you tell them to go?
