The pps went as low as .003, and traded shares were climbing high, indicating a selloff. The price stayed that way for awhile, and later in the day it went back to .0035.What gives ?Are there acually gluttons for punishment to buy back in, thinking they could make a few bucks? Obviously there is some form of life in MERS, LOW, but life.
