Well here it is...the end game. How else could you make all this go away? Put Joe in as CEO...let him dilute the share structure beyond reason and *POOF* dilute the possibility of a share swap as well. Call off the share swap and call it a day saying "We tried our best folks." Be assured people that ALL parties are involved and THAT is the reason that Mike Kendrick walked away. You are not in the interests of this company or any other. Do you think for one minute that Joe was able to release any PR through Market Wire without Marketwire being satisfied the mess had been cleaned up? Agreements behind the scenes have been made and we are not included.
