How can I become OBO? I own 1.17% of OS. I will hold David Shade accountable for his statement on -

This action along with the NOBO/OBO Shareholder Report (11/05/10) is in keeping with management's pledge to increase transparency and build long term value for the company's shareholders.

And I will become his number 1 critic until he delivers his promises.....

Or they are just pure BS?
