I am somewhat knew to the stock market when it comes to penny stocks. I bought VRSEF at .63 when it was getting popular, now it's around 60 cents. I am wondering what is the difference between VRS being on the TSX Venture Exchange and VRSEF being on OTC? When the stock sky rockets will the people in the US be as good as the Canadians with the VRS stock.
