Good evening to all my friends and shareholders at Quasar. I am writing this in response to the events unfolding today and the press release stating the " ?New Management? " and the "old dilution of value" to the company and it's shareholders.

I believe this is but another chapter in a sad pattern of events that have been going on for far to long. I wish to remind all, that these actions are not going unwatched and I do have faith that the government agencies working on this situation will do what is necessary to bring those involved to justice. In the beginning, when Centaflix / Centacom came into the picture, one of the motivating factors were events like today. Events like these just reinforces our motivation to assist, while being one of the few involved doing the right thing. We will be there those that have lost so much at the hands of others working for there own self interest. It has gone beyond the point of profit / loss for us as a company, evolving now into returning power to those that rightfully should have it.

I want to make this perfectly clear ... whether this stock is diluted to nothing, halted by the SEC or bankrupted by those in power, we will still have the backs of those who have been disrespected and diluted for years, we will leave no soldier behind! No matter what the outcome, there is a home for those who wish to join us and grow with a small company that has great values and real revenues, not in the business of selling shares for it's survival based on self dealing. It is, and has always been our goal to bring value to the Quasar Shareholders and have not lost sight of that goal. We stand by to assist the shareholders in any way we can. You are a great group of people that together can be a formable force.
