Dear Mr. @@@@@@@:

Thank you for your message regarding the pricing for RCC Holdings Inc (RCCH). I am happy to assist you.

We are not waiting for the shares to come from the other broker, there is no need for you to call the other broker.

RCCH is a thinly traded security, and there is not always a bid/ask for the security. Because of this, we may not display a price for the security if we have not received an updated quote.

Equities on our system are priced daily by IDC (Interactive Data Corporation). The closing price for the trade date is provided for equities listed on the major exchanges such as the NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ NMS, Midwest and Philadelphia.

The stock you mentioned is listed as a NASDAQ Non-NMS (National Market System) stock. Pricing for these issues and small cap and bulletin board listed securities are as follows:

When the security is trading we receive the high, low, and close.

- If the position is long in the account, the low from the previous day is used.

When the security is not trading we receive the bid, ask, and average of the bid and ask from IDC.

- If the position is long in the account, the last bid from the previous day is used.

When a bulletin board issue is not trading and no bid or ask is available, we will receive the most recent price.

Your position is long in your account. We will report the low for the previous day when the stock is trading. The quotes are not inaccurate; however, they may not reflect the last trade of the day.

The rationale is that volatile stocks must be priced conservatively when they are eligible for margin borrowing, to avoid excessive exposure to risk to both the client and Fidelity. However the way the security is valued in your account has no impact on its actual market value, which is determined by the price you can obtain when you sell it.
