the difference is this is PHAR..run by educated honest people who earned FDA approval after 17 years of hard work..the fruits of which they still have not realised!
and the pps is manipulated coz the guys who are taking it down are confident that most of will not hit the ask but wait for others to hit it for us!!...and the small float exaggerates the action either side!
