Didn't you say he was going to raise right after the Rida data, stock had gone back down to the $5's?

Biotech's do need money. Offerings are a part of biotech investing and always need to be factored in. Even giant biotech's with huge cash flows raise money from time to time. Better to raise money at $8 than at $5. Best to be in position to never have to fund raise.
