dpilon... I must admit, you certainly give those that are interested in the truth pause for consideration. It's no wonder the DOJ is dragging their feet with just the discovery hearing, if this went to trial, there is much reasonable doubt to consider. Imagine such embarassment for the SEC and DOJ.
If the SEC wasn't such an astute body of corruption, there wouldn't be websites created like "investigatethesec" to supposedly bring some accountability to their actions.
Clearly you have outlined why BOTH sides of the fence for CRIMINALS need to be looked at. Why others only want to see ONE SIDE gives me the sense that we are on the RIGHT track. I'm all for justice, keep up the good work!
