Logical reason to wait to release news. DZ energy cannot sell their shares until after the 30th, unless they are trading over .0089/share. On Monday they will be able to unload their shares as long as the share price is above .0022.(rough number, I know it is in that range). So it would be logical to wait until Monday till they release the news of the merger. That way the 22 million shares sold will be available to be bought, which would raise the share price. That is my take. If no news next week the this thing is BS. I Bought back in today at .0022, so hopefully something positive will happen. Total gamble though.
