look at the history of reinstatement plays it's usually a 1 day party... and look at the company and know that reverse merging companies do not just give their assets to the publicly held company... they leave existing shareholders w/ anywhere from 1% - 15% usually... and then their is always the r/s post r/m... sadly i'd say the best part of the party is over now...and i will not be acquiring anymore...
