As you know we are investigating certain allegations with regard to the trading in the stock of your company RCC Holdings, Inc. (RCCH).
It has come to our attention that some shareholders may have had trouble transferring their shares from one broker dealer to another; may have had trouble getting delivery of
their stock certificates; and may have otherwise been subject to improper interference with their shareholdings in one way or another.
