On the SHRN RB message boards, their are grumblings that the company is not aggressive enough on their PR's, marketing strategy, etc.
I ran across this article from a company that took advantage of a recent news event to promote their product imediately. SHRN could learn a lesson in its promotions for the company by striking while the Iron is hot. This following article is for an example only, not promoting it one way or the other.

Press Release for Electronic Sensor Technol Inc

HomelandSecurityStocks.com: Twin Explosions in Front of British Embassy in New York Highlights Need for Advanced Multi-Explosives Detection Capability of Electronic Sensor's zNose
5/5/2005 1:33:01 PM
NEW YORK, May 05, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Homeland Security Stocks.com (HSS) - The twin explosions of black powder filled grenades in front of the British Embassy in New York early this morning highlights the need for terrorist threat detection technology that can detect the broad range of explosives threats that go undetected by conventional explosives detectors.

According to Electronic Sensor Technology ( ESNR ) CEO Dr. Edward Staples, "the zNose(R) has the ability to smell everything and miss nothing. Black powder is no different. Black powder contains volatile organic compounds including turpines that are readily detected by the zNose(R). Conventional explosives detectors only detect nitro compounds. They do not detect black powder."

A report on the black powder detection and identification capability of the zNose(R) is available at: http://www.estcal.com/PowerPoints/Security/blackpowder.ppt

The zNose(R) not only detects and identifies black powder, it is so sensitive it can even identify the manufacturer of the powder. This can aid greatly in anti-terrorist law enforcement efforts to investigate, identify and apprehend terrorists in the United States and around the world.

The recently released HSS Terrorist Threat Detection Series Part 1: Airports available at: http://www.homelandsecuritystocks.us/threat_detection/ provides a detailed look at explosives detection issues and the Department of Homeland Security's call for new technology, like Electronic Sensor's zNose(R) that can address the broad range of threats that are not being detected by conventional technology.
