I believe your conclusions are flawed.

JeffCo is very likely going Bankrupt (natural disaster looking like the final straw)

"Very Likely" is a strong statement. I suspect you will see an increase in fees and following that, a settlement with JPM. If I were JPM I would wait for JeffCo to make the first move on revenue before "helping" the county. Patienece is needed.



Syncora is going back into maintenance mode with the help of New York State

This is flat wrong. If JeffCo does go BK we have two years (at least) of cash to cover payments.



JPMorgan will mostly play silent while sniping blames at everyone but themselves

Difficult to play silent when AGO and SYCRF have an active lawsuit against JPM. As you know we are past the preliminary stage and now in discovery. No one knows what will come of that information gathering.



Syncora is in fine shape. I am holding for $5/share or more.
