magoo, oh, o.k.. lol. ya know, it's posts just like yours that make me nuts. so here goes. see if you can answer this.

econnect spins off econnect latina. econnect latina can not operate however without the tech and of course you know that ecnc only has a license to the tech patents. they can not simply transfer the agreement to ecnclatina. or can they? if not how does ecnclatina gain access. my guess is that they will need a licensing agreement with et&t. how much do you think such an agreement will cost ecnclatina shareholders? it already cost ecnc shareholders millions so would a comparable sum be reasonable? i'm sure the negotiating parties will come up with a fair settlement though, don't you?
