Is Someone dumping? This is TNRI and Bill AKrivos we are talking about. Of course someone is going to be dumping and it will be TNRI. That's why they put out these fluff PR's in the first place. They would have to have a lot of money if they actually were going to mine for silver and the only way to get that money is through massive dilution.
