Actually, some teachers (and there are a few in every school) will allow the kids their phone or a computer so they don't have to watch them. The phones etc. are great babysitters. That way the teachers can get on You-tube and facebook without interruption. As a Technology director for a public school, I do not allow any social websites for teachers or students...It pains me to say that I have become that person I always hated: THE COMPUTER GUY!LOL
