Looks as if all past litigation concerning drinks americas has officially been cleaned up and is over. The only final legal matter seems to be with Trump/Drinks/Israel. Drinks was under a verbal agreement with trump to continue production/distribution, so I would think this could be resolved.

The only two remaining issues in my mind are dilution-R/S and financing ie. cash, LOC and bank line. After these two issues have been resolved I will then go with JohnnyMangoes statement "Blue skies ahead".
