Nice board you have here. Have any of you discovered the buyout that is in writing on MTDX. It closed yesterday at $1.81 and the buyout is for $3.125 pending shareholder approval. I have talked to the company on 4 different occasions confirming this. You might want to do the DD and read the recent PR's. Have a great weekend!
