I just spoke to my broker and this is what she said...

She told me that until they receive the new shares (ENTID) no *Selling* can occure b/c the New shares (New Cucic number) has not been received. Now I *CAN* buy shares - I just can't sell until this receipt of new shares actually happens.

Thus, some other brokers may have already received this transaction thus enabling them to sell (Optional) if they want.
