Ahh, I guess I missed that, thanks!!!

So then it looks like they have land rights but the actual facilities may or may not be completed yet. Although 3-4 months from March 2010 was awhile ago, I wonder if they were waiting on additional financing to continue work on them; hence the $50 mil loan to continue current projects. hmmm...
