Could be. The repost of the distribution agreement is important. It shows 2 things:
1. Farooquee immediately saw a fix and acted immediately. Taking the distribution of the current product and giving it a home. Why is this important? Since USFM does not do it's own production of its products by shifting this role they have given a home to the current "business" and allowing it to grow.

2. This shift cleans up the tasks that USFM is doing and allows it to be focused on other agendas. This is the BIG deal. Something is in the works.

Farooquee is cleaning it up and getting it ready for transition. IMO we will soon begin to hear about the future. I am not worried about tweets not happening, I am not worried about current status. Because Jim is controlling all information and communication at the moment which hints towards a good future. All speculation is still in play, By keeping the existing product viable through others hands and setting up USFM for intake.
