EC: I believe that you are right in everything that you have stated in your post.

When the O&G division income was first seperated on a quarterly report it was something like 300K. I asked Cubley if this was income generated by the SLB contract and he told me that none of it was.

Cubley definitely stated that a portion of the SLB contract was guaranteed and to date not one cent has been received even tho he also said that monthly invoices were being issued to SLB to cover the guaranteed amount.

So, this is like David VS Goliath. Will Cubley be able to get any of this guaranteed money from SLB. I really don't know if, or how, he can pull it off, but if he can it would be a tremendous boost to ERFW.
