Personally I still think Moelgaard is involved here but taking out of the company officers list to conceal the merger since it was causing quite a bit of a stir when the DD was initially uncovered.

If you look at the company officers you have a lawyer, a doctor and a tailor the only connection seems that they are probably all friends. They all live in Irvine and someone has already established a connection between Cheung and Joudeh with Cheung representing him in a court case.

Maybe these guys purchased the shell and are going to do something with it but just doesn't seem likely as they are all busy doing their own thing in totally different areas. Obviously Dr. Jolly is not a treasurer, I think these guy were put in here to throw people off the trail since the Moelgaard/Biotronik merger would be pretty huge...JMHO.

In the meantime insiders have been quietly accumulating shares while they are still cheep, with Moelgaard listed as a company officer they would have ultimately had to pay more for those shares.
